Christy Hibbs is the Broker/Owner of 5 Talent Realty, PLLC located in Texarkana Texas and Arkansas. She grew up in Texarkana from the age of 11 until the age of 18. Christy received a full swimming scholarship to The University of Wisconsin- Madison, where she swam for 4 years and graduated with a BS in Art/Graphic Design. In 2013, Christy moved back to Texarkana with her children, Taylor and Tyler and began a career as a pharmaceutical representative. Christy was introduced to the Real Estate market when she began taking pictures for some local Real Estate Agents. However, it wasn’t until Christy was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2016 that led her to getting her Real Estate License. During the 6 months of Lyme Disease treatments, Christy studied to become a REALTOR in 2017 and fell in love. It truly meshed all of her talents together which has helped Christy rise to the top in Real Estate Sales. Christy re-married in 2017 to Nick Hibbs and they have a child together named Elliana. Nick also brings two children to the marriage, Ian and Noah. As a family of 7, Christy understands getting creative and this comes in handy in the current market conditions. Nick is also a developer and builds the most beautiful homes all over Texarkana and the surrounding areas. This duo makes quite the team and can’t wait to help you find your dream home!
